After graduating from Harvard College, Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School, Carl Muller returned to South Carolina to practice law. During the ensuing 36 years, he has handled a wide variety of cases for both individuals and corporations. For example, he has arranged transactions on Wall Street and also worked with the United States Department of Justice on a major Medicare fraud case. He understands business as well as the law. Donna P. Holtz

Donna Holtz provides case administration, paralegal services, and office management. She is a graduate of Marshall University and has over 30 years experience in the legal field. Her talent and commitment go beyond the practice of law. For example, she is a 17-year member and past President of the acclaimed singers of The Greenville Chorale and currently serves on the Chorale’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors. More importantly, she raised three boys as a single mother. They learned from her.
Robert M. Ariail

Robert Ariail was appointed by the Governor of South Carolina as a chief circuit prosecutor and then elected by the people three times without opposition. After leaving office in 2011, he returned to private practice in his own firm. We work with him on certain matters, especially those involving criminal defense.
Vikki Wulf

Upon graduation from Harvard Law School where she was the Law Review Publication Editor, Vikki Wulf clerked for Judge David Ebel, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado. After working with two of Florida’s largest law firms, she relocated to Boulder, Colorado where she became General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Noodles & Company. Vikki has 16 years of experience in litigation, appeals, and business law. She is admitted to the Colorado State Bar. She has chosen to apply her talents to selected research and writing projects and decided not to be admitted to the South Carolina Bar.
Hugh Martin

Hugh Martin joins the firm as a summer associate. He is a native of Anderson, South Carolina, a graduate of Harvard College with Honors, and recently completed his first year at Columbia Law School. While at Harvard, he was President of the Black Pre-Law Association and a member of the Varsity Basketball Team. In addition to holding a summer intern position for Justice Beatty of the South Carolina Supreme Court, he has gained experience in the fields of manufacturing and accounting in Upstate South Carolina. He has completed advanced coursework in Spanish, and his interests include business and criminal law.
